didn't they sing that one song...
actually they sang several songs, few of which they wrote. but yes (not the group, but the afirmative) they had one significant hit in "You Keep Me Hanging On" which was previously released by the Supremes. They took Sonny & Cher's "The Beat Goes On" and made an entire (very esoteric) album of it. But as you know, I prefer the strange to the mundane as long as I get a connection to it.
